Tips And Natural Remedies To Get Rid Of Nausea

When nausea tells you something in your stomach has to come out, doctors say that you shouldn’t force yourself to vomit. But if it happens naturally, then you mustn’t stop vomiting. But, in case you have a minor nausea feeling then you can try these natural remedies to calm your stomach.

Nausea teas 
One of the oldest and most likely the best remedies to get rid of nausea is ginger. It’s very great in relieving nausea symptoms and motion sickness.

Prepare a ginger infusion or a cup of strong ginger tea where you can add a teaspoon of grated ginger. Put a plate over the cup and let it stand for 10 minutes. Drink it while it’s hot or you can let it cool a bit.

The second place, after ginger, is occupied by mint, which has a calming effect over the gastric mucosa. Add a mint tea bag in a cup of hot water, put a plate over the cup for 10 minutes, and drink the tea without adding sugar or honey.

Press the anti-nausea point 
Try this acupressure trick by putting your right thumb at about 3 fingers below your wrist. Press firmly for 1 minute, then repeat on the other arm. You have to feel 2 tendons under your thumb. After 1 minute of pressing, use circular motion in the spot for another 1 minute. Just like in the below images:
