- 3 tablespoons extra virgin coconut oil
- 3 tablespoons baking soda
- 1 tablespoon xylitol, or any other sugar substitute

- 15 drops of mint essential oil or any other flavor by choice
All you have to do is mix the ingredients in a bowl until you get the consistency of a paste. For easier use, store the mixture in a jar. Use it just like any other regular toothpaste, minimum 3 times a day.
