Required Ingredients:

2 table spoons of honey

1 table spoon of cinnamon

250 ml of water

Method Of Preparation:

  • Boil the water before you add cinnamon in it. Let it cool down to room temperature by covering the top of the bowl.
  • Never add honey, when the water is too hot, because it loses all nutrients and vitamins in it.
  • Once, it is cool enough to touch, then add honey to it and drink half mixture before going to bed.
  • Store the remaining half in the fridge and drink it on an empty stomach in the next day morning.
  • Don’t forget to preheat the mixture before you drink it.
